Cesare is the esteemed director of a luxury hotel in Milan. But with the arrival of new Chinese business partners, he is dismissed by Luciana, the daughter of the old hotel owner. But Cesare soon learns that Luciana is looking for a guardian for her father and is willing to pay a large salary. Disguised as a woman, Cesare applies succesfully for the job.
