Leo, Jonas, Emma, Alex, Hugo and Toni are living the typical teenage life. But then Leo suffers a medical emergency and has to go to the hospital. Now, everything is different: medical examinations and treatments fill out his days and his roommate manages to make his life even more difficult. That Emma, Jonas, Alex and Toni's paths will also lead them to the Albertus Clinic, where Hugo has been in a coma for quite some time, and that one day they will form the "Red Ribbon Club", none of them suspects at this time.
